Residents inside the building can freely enter and exit the building with the key. The building door is always in a locked state, so as to avoid entering without permission, When a guest comes to visit, the guest should call the room number of the resident that he wants to visit. The host of the interviewed resident has two-way conversations or visual calls with visitors through intercom equipment, confirming the identity of the visitor through the voice or image of the caller. After confirming that the visitor can be admitted, the owner of the house uses the unlocking key on the intercom extension to control the electric door lock on the entrance door of the building, and the visitor can enter the building. The guests entered the building,and the door locked automaticly.
